3. Payment and Cancellations

All services offered by LumiVerbe are subject to payment as per the agreed-upon rates.

• Cancellation policies for individual lessons, packages, and workshops will be clearly outlined during the booking process. Generally, cancellations made within a certain timeframe (e.g., 24 hours prior to a lesson) may result in a charge or forfeiture of the session.

All content on our site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the materials provided during lessons and workshops, are the intellectual property of LumiVerbe or its licensors.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform, except as incidentally necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

LumiVerbe strives to provide high-quality language education. However, LumiVerbe, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lyon, France.
